Qualifications:
Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode, along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.
Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
· Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE/Cambridge curriculum.
· Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
· Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
Classroom Management:
· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
· Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.
· Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.
Assessment and Evaluation:
· Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
· Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
· Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
Student Development:
· Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.
· Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
· Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.
Professional Development:
· Stay updated on the latest developments in education.
· Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
