Job Role: Occupational Therapist
Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional abilities.
  • Identify students who may benefit from occupational therapy and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special educators to understand the individual needs of students.
Therapeutic Intervention:
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on the assessment results.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions focusing on improving motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with teachers and the special education team to integrate therapeutic goals into the classroom environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to teachers and school staff on how to support students’ occupational therapy needs in the classroom.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the school administration, parents, and the special education team.
  • Monitor and review students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
Professional Development:
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
  • Valid OT license or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Proven experience working with children, preferably in an educational or school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
